Delicious authentic Vietnamese food and friendly service! We enjoyed the vermicelli with grilled pork/fried rolls plus some spring rolls (shrimp) and iced coffee - all excellent including, importantly, the fish sauce! Google said it wasn’t open until 4pm, but we stopped by a bit earlier for a very late lunch so you may get lucky, too. We heard the Pho is good, too

Delicious and quick! We went on a windy cold day and the broth was just what my body needed. Shrimp rolls were fresh, crunchy, and paired with the perfect ratio peanut sauce. Beef rolls were just as amazing. We ordered rare beef pho and egg noodle wonton bbq beef and shrimp soup. Highly recommend all of our choices and would go back in a heartbeat!

I had a wonderful experience at Saigon Restaurant. The food was fresh, flavorful, and authentically prepared — especially the pho, which was rich and comforting. The service was friendly and welcoming, and the atmosphere felt warm and relaxing. Overall, everything was excellent, and I highly recommend this place if you’re craving delicious Vietnamese cuisine.

I stopped in for lunch to get the beef brisket pho and whoo boy was it ever tasty! Nice portion, the flavour was 10/10, and the broth wasn't face-meltingly hot so I could actually eat it when it arrived. Will definitely visit again next time I'm in town.

Fantastic food! We stumble on the Saigon Bistro while wandering around Charlottetown. Family run and the kids help with order taking and serving. It's really great. We ordered spring and salad rolls plus Ginger Beef to share...and then ordered more of the ginger beef! It was all delicious! We will definitely come again and highly recommend.

This is the second-best place I’ve tried for Vietnamese pho! There's a lot of meat in it! We loved our dinner here while visiting PEI. We’ll definitely come back the next time we’re in the area. My family also enjoyed the noodle soup and the combo plate. Thank you for the great experience!
